Please read this Delivery and Returns Policy carefully before using Our Service.

Any refund or exchange must be requested within 14 days of purchase and the item in question must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Precision Spirits Ltd offers free returns with a full refund for goods which are:

  • damaged


  • defective

Photographic evidence will be required when placing a complaint. Your statutory rights are not affected.


All items returned by the customer must be in a condition suitable for resale. Item must be in it’s original packaging, unused and unopened. If this is not the case then we cannot accept such returns. If you wish to return an item then please contact us at:

and we will inform you of the steps for returning and the necessary information to be provided. Where a return is to be processed not due to damaged or faulty goods you, the customer, must pay for the return cost of shipping. If you are due are fund this cost may be deducted from the refund amount if necessary. If the value of the item being returned is particularly expensive we suggest paying for tracked delivery.

If your order is visibly and clearly damaged at the point of delivery, you are within your rights to refuse acceptance of such order. You must make it known to the courier who will return your parcel to us. You must also email us to let us know if you would like a new item or a refund.


Only items which are damaged and/or faulty may be exchanged for a replacement. If this is the case photographic evidence will be required to provide such proof. Shipping costs on all exchanges are covered by Precision Spirits. Note: products may only be exchanged for the same item.

Items purchased through any sale by Precision Spirits cannot be refunded however they can be exchanged provided that the item in question is damaged and/or faulty.
