How long does it take from order to delivery?

As standard we will be working with lead times of at least 3-4 weeks as this is what it takes to create your spirit the way you want it. But we’ll talk you through the details during the consultation period.

Do I need to order a box or can I just get a bottle?

No, we provide pre-set boxes if you’re looking to offer something a little extra but if the bottle on it’s own is all you want then we’re happy to work with you on that too.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

We can make 1 for you if that’s what you want however it’ll be a little more expensive that way. We suggest a minimum bottle/package order of 20.

Can I include my own branding?

Chevron.

Absolutely, you can either supply us with your own images/logos or we can work with you to create something. This can be applied to any of the printed material as well the gin branding itself.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, we cater to non-alcoholic requests as well as the main dietary groups.

Do you ship UK wide?

Yes we do, we are confined to UK shipping currently. We hope to expand beyond the UK sometime soon.

Can I request my own items?

We are flexible and can accommodate most requests so please feel free to reach out.

How can I personalise the package?

We can add custom text, messages, recipient names pantone colour matching and many more options. Just get in touch to find out what we can do for you.

What is the payment structure?

Once the project scope has been clearly defined we will require a kick-off fee with the rest of the payment due upon delivery.

Do you have a pricing structure?
