genever

If you’re looking for the original gin spirit, look no further. Originating from the Netherlands itself, Genever is the first incarnation of gin. Only 2 ingredients, pure neutral grain alcohol spirit, and the finest juniper berries we can get our hands on. This is for the purists.

classic

If you’re looking for a London dry then look no further. This gin contains the famous 5 botanicals that you know and love. If you’re looking for an old favourite then you’ve certainly found it.

citrus

For those who love a lemony grapefruit twist in their drinks, this one is for you. We’ve crafted our citrus number from dried lemon and grapefruit peel to give you that refreshing tang on the end-palate.

spiced

incorporating some chilli and peppercorns, this one is more for the adventurer among us. It’ll give you a nice kick but we promise it’s worth it.

wild berry

Our wild berry gin blends together the finest strawberries, raspberries and blackberries we can get our hands on with our resident juniper and coriander botanicals to hold the flavour in perfect balance.

We’ve done this to give you the widest range of flavours to choose from, to give you a delicious, streamlined and cost-effective solution without added time and cost of customising.

Juniper Berries

You can’t have gin without Juniper Berries, the quintessential ingredient, this is where the classic ‘gin’ taste comes from. This can be increased or decreased to your liking.

Lemon Peel

Unfortunately, we can’t grow lemons in Scotland, so our lemon peels are sourced from neighbouring Spain, offering a refreshing tang that cuts through the flavour.

Orange Peel

Want something a little bit sweeter than lemon but still retaining the refreshing citrus? Orange peel does the trick.

Coriander

Juniper’s right hand man when it comes to gin crafting, creating a little bit of a sweet and tart profile, these two are a match made in heaven.

Orris Root

Commonly used in classic gins, we have this botanical for those seeking out gins of the old ways. It contributes an earthy, dryness to the overall palate.

Fennel Seeds

Fennel seeds bring a warm, subtle sweetness to the product with a hint of aniseed on the end palate. Great for adding complexity.

Pink Peppercorns

This botanical is more akin to the essence and notes of chilli peppers than it is your regular pepper flavour, it still complements the spirit and floral notes perfectly, offering more of a citrus based pinch to the taste. Another one of our ‘spiced’ botanicals.

Lavender

This floral sensation is one you are already likely to know and love. Can just as easily be the dominant flavour as it can be part of the supporting cast. Soft, rounded floral notes is what you can expect with this one.

Rose Petals

Just as with Lavendar, rose petals adds a delicate, aromatic quality that is quite unique to most botanicals.

Cardamom Pods

Surprisingly (or not for those who know their spices) cardamom come is also part of our ‘spiced’ botanical range. Although in truth, we feel it sits close to the edge of spice and herbal notes. It can be very potent and, in some cases, overpowering so less is more when handling this botanical.

Hibiscus

Hibiscus is grouped in with the herbal botanicals while at the same time being in a class of its own. Releasing a strong, tart, pseudo cranberry flavour when incorporated the right way, hibiscus is better used with a smaller number of accompanying botanicals rather than part of a larger ensemble.

Kumquat

Many people have never heard of kumquats before, never mind tried them. Basically if you combined oranges and lemons into one, this is what you’d get.

Neutral Grain Spirit

Without the alcohol, we wouldn’t be in business. Increase or decrease the strength of your creation to your own tendencies.

Cubeb Pepper

Grown deep in India and Asia, the cubeb pepper is part of our ‘spiced’ botanicals. This will add a little pinch to your palate, helping to stand out against the myriad of gins more commonly found. It has a taste similar to allspice with a slight bitterness rounding out the end-palate.

Szechuan Peppercorns

Another addition to our ‘spiced’ botanicals, although the Szechuan Peppercorns bring a sweeter, more floral profile to your drink with less of a kick to it.

Guava

Guava is becoming increasingly more common within the soft drinks market because it’s both exotic and brings a flavour unlike many other fruits out there. The closest comparison for it’s flavour is a strawberry and pear mix. On top of this, it’s almost universally enjoyed.

Raspberry

The distinct sweetness of raspberry makes for a great lead botanical. Instantly recognisable and a great alternative berry.

Kaffir Lime Leaves

Originating from Asia, kaffir lime leaves contribute a flavour combination of spice and citrus rolled into one. Not too much of either aspect, the perfect balance.
